Returns

If you receive an item that is different to what was described, or that is clearly in worse condition than indicated, please write or call us, and report the defect or damage within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

We should be able to reach an amicable agreement, but if necessary, you can return your item for a refund or for exchange it with a good one.

 

Refunds

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows :

- where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, the seller will refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred

- where you are returning an entire order, the seller will refund the applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred

We are not required to refund the cost of delivery to you in connection with your purchase.

We proceed to the refund for the cost of goods, and the first shipping cost within 5 working days from receiving goods.

For purchases made with PayPal, we chargeback to the Paypal account of customer.
For purchases made with bank transfer, we chargeback through bank transfers to the account of customer.
